Magnolia Avenue transfer for $1.87 million - Knox County Register of Deeds

What a week! We had a holiday and then snow days, but we finally made it to the office on Thursday (1/18/24). We managed to complete all the waiting work, so I have some data to share with you.

We recorded 255 documents for the week, which included 38 Warranty Deeds (property sales) totaling $14.67 million. There were two sales over $1 million, but only one was a commercial property. That was the transfer of 2045 E Magnolia Avenue which is leased to RT Clapp Automotive. It was sold by NR Auto Store 37 to GTY Auto Service LLC for $1.87 million.

On the lending side of things, 67 Trust Deeds (loans) were received for recording, which had a total value of $14.49 million. Out of these, only one loan worth over one million dollars was recorded. That loan was funded by CMG Mortgage Inc. for $1.1 million.
