Historical Tax Maps

These maps from the 1950s and 1960s have been recovered, digitized and made available for the public’s use. These maps may be used by anyone, including surveyors and title companies to resolve property line disputes in Knox County and as starting reference to move forward to the current KGIS maps.

Note: These maps are not drawn to scale, they were not created by surveyors and should only be used as a reference point.

The maps are in Portable Document Format (PDF) and should open in your browser when clicked. For offline viewing, a PDF reader is required. Download a free copy of Adobe Acrobat Reader.
