It looks like the temperature has been the only thing on the rise around the Register’s office, as we saw yet another slow week of real estate activity. During the week ending May 15, 2026, we recorded a total of 1,455 new documents. Trust deeds recording loans worth a total value of $156.54 million accounted for 363 instruments. Only seven more transactions than the week prior booked an increase in value greater than $30 million. Twelve mortgages were recorded with a value over $1 million. Greystone Servicing Company backed the largest loan of the week at $22.42 million. The only other mortgage greater than $2 million was funded by Walker & Dunlop LLC for $7.67 million. On the sales side of real estate, we recorded 217 warranty deeds with an aggregate total of merely $91.74 million. With only 30 less transactions than the week prior, this represents nearly $300 million less in value! There were nine property transfers over $1 million, but none were commercial properties.
