KARM buys residential property on Cedar Lane - Knox County Register of Deeds

KARM Properties LLC bought the recognizable white house at 1909 Cedar Lane, next to Magnolia Square Apartments in North Knoxville, for $1.25 million.

1,323 documents were recorded during the last week of September. Trust Deeds (loans) made up 338 of the total and had a value of $99.77 million. The highest value loan was funded by Wells Fargo Bank NA for $9.2 million, with the second highest coming in at $7.54 million and backed by ORNL Federal Credit Union. Three others made the list of million-dollar-plus loans: Hearthside Bank loaned $1.17 million, ORNL FCU had another one for $1.32 million, and Mountain Commerce funded the last which was for $3.21 million.
Warranty Deeds were 235 of the total documents last week. The combined sales value was $105.39 million including five properties with price tags over $1 million.
The most expensive sale of the week was in West Knox County. Visible from Pellissippi Parkway near the Northshore exit, 2030 Falling Waters Rd was sold by One Falling Water LLC to Kouser Family L.P. for $7.5 million.
241 Prosperity Dr, located on the eastern end of Executive Park Drive and the site of Prosperity Pointe Assisted Living, was sold by NU South LV LLC to Knoxcare Properties LLC for $4.16 million.
Not far from Prosperity Pointe, BWA Properties LLC sold the building at 8880 Comstock Rd, which is located at the Bridgewater exit on I-40, to Fortress Corporation for $6.55 million.
The last on the list – Eagle Bend Development LLC sold 38 lots in the Dorchester subdivision on Carpenter Road to D.R. Horton Inc. for $2.11 million.
